Do you accept Returns and/or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our items we have a strict no refund or exchange policy. There are exceptions for items being damaged upon transit. Proof must be provided.
What is the status of my order?
Please allow 7-14 days for most items. Email info@ouidahpeople.com for urgent matters
Once items are shipped we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks.
Can I cancel or change my order?
